I had this! this was a great game... bit of an annoying intro, but once you got into the game proper i remember you had to try and and stop this guy building an undersea base or something by destroying these nodes that he kept building to extend his power grid. viewed from inside a submarine... i spent ages playin this it was cool. good music during the intro as i remember too
