Hi All The author of this game (STe/Falcon) was me. I programmed everything (except for the music) in 1 sleepless year in the mid 90's. Finding this was emotional ... Thanks for the great comments.

Just to clear one thing up here, the Jag version that came out in '97 is completely different than the ST version. The ST game is awesome, I have played it on my STe and Falcon. It has a rather small action screen, but they pack some nice effects into it. It is basically a more action oriented take on Star Raiders, with far better graphics. Very fun and good depth. The Jag version is more like a space version of the game Tron, in that it is composed of 4 100% action sub games, all set in space. The 4 games get harder and harder, and change in subtle ways, each time they repeat, just like in Tron. The Jag one by the way has the best graphics for the whole system hands down, but only mediocre gameplay.

I didn't know there was a jag version. The game was really a technical achievment on the STE apparently, though I haven't seen it in action...

A late release.... I haven't yet played it... is it any good?.. I'm thinking of buying it for my jag, but I don't want to spend £50 if it's pants... looks nice, though (had good review too, on the jag.. but you can't really go by that, can you?)
