I very well remember playing that game at my house one night, with "bad" timing, some of my relatives showed up at my house to visit. And I thuoght my mom would have gotten angry at me for playing it when other people were here because of my game-obsession, but I don't remember if she did. I managed to get past screen 5 or 6.

Every version of this game I've played is so hard! It's a great game but I've never managed to get past the first four or five screens.

I have so many memories of Cybernoid: The Fighting Machine. I used to watch my big brother Andy play this game on the Atari ST computer back in 1989. I remember how mad he got at this game. He also made me laugh when he pretended to cry. It was too hard for him. I guess the more times he played it, he got better at it. I even tried the game myself when I had the chance and when I was little I could only make it to level two and died right away. Since I got the chance to play this game again, I did so well on it that I was able to reach level 5 and died. I am still getting better at it. Once I tried out the sequal, I realized that it was harder and more challenging than the first one. I miss those days going to school and coming home to play on the Atari ST computer. Cybernoid: The Fighting Machine can be found on Automation compact disk 17.

Yup, this game is really a must-have! I don't understand the low estimation of The One....

This game is very good. It has well drawm graphcis and a terrifc gameplay: collect treasures and shoot your way through a cave full of enemies. You have several weapons available that help you on your mission - go get it!
