Don't remember this game that well. However it is similar to a version that appeared in cartridge form on the VIC-20!

The cars look more like F1 cars than road cars, but otherwise a reaosnable interpretation.

aahh the classic frogger, hours of fun! i loved this game - funny thing was this was like the only game my mum has ever been able to play lol.
