My dad used to whistle the song to us a long time ago. It's a very tricky game to complete or even get by level 1. You've got to avoid boulders, spikes and lots of things. I like the music that plays on level 2 the Egyptian one.

What can i say? This was one of the first games that totally engrosed me and my friends, whom, now at the tender age of 23 still recall playing it til our palms got sore at the age of 8. This is alone is a testament to the shear wonderment we experienced while playing this, as most of my friends dont even remember their sister's birthdays through years of excessive alcohol consumption.

The beginning is funny, theres a huge boulder barreling up behind you, and you start about an inch from the thing right off the bat. If you manage to avoid it (virtually impossible the very first time you play the game) you are treated to something very humorous next. I really like a lot of things about this game, although it has some of the worse collision detection ever witnessed in a game on any system, ever. Still, eventually you learn to work around that and this game has quite a bit of depth, and lots of humor and surprises. Some of the surprises come in the form of death pits you can't possibly avoid first time around 'till it's too late, causing you to have to memorize the section and start over. There's actually a whole lot of this. (can you say Dragon's Lair?) This is balanced with a lot of sections that are more straight forward platforming. I like the 2 different weapons you start with, and the innovative joystick control scheme. A classic for sure, but the collision flaw makes me want to knock it back to around 75%. Who asked me though, right?

First played on the Comodore64 then on the Atari which came as part the package when I bought my Atari. Never did get further than 2nd level but great game all the same.

first played this game on my Amstrad CPC, then I discovered the ST version at my brother's… played it over and over just for the missing level… ;-]

This is the best Jump´n Run I ever played on any platform. A friend had it on the 520 ST but he couldn´t make it run so he gave to me - one of the best days in my life!

Really cool platform game - I first played it on the Amiga of a friend - the WUAAAAAHHHHH was the best piece I remembered of this game when getting an Atari ST copy. Damn hard and challenging but not frustating - you always have the chance of making it better next time as there is no sort of randomness in the game. I never finished Level 2 without a trainer.
