I got this game at the same time I got Hero Quest and Space Crusade. Needless to say the other games didn't get played for a long, long time. I remember playing this for an entire summer once, some sessions were so long that by the time I'd finished playing my hand was ice cold.
This game is basically Sim City, but with aliens and combat. Building new space craft types and spying on the enemy are two of the most exciting features of this game, the spy reports themselves build up a storyline on the aliens you're fighting against and make you want to devote the entire game to just finding out about them.
