I could never quite get into what looked & felt like a winning comination here as I never had the manual. Great music & atmosphere. I had this on a disk with Switchblade & another game which slips my mind.

oh my god. listening to the music for this takes me back BIG STYLE. Used to love hitting the loan shark for a dump-load of cash, then making my way up to the casino. Remember those crazy falls that would take you down 20 levels or so???? Loading screens and all. Christ i loved this game. Anyone know where i can get a rom for it? pete@pilotschool.freeserve.co.uk

If you bugtested it ... then you would know what to do? Think you could mail me and I'll spread the word?

I loved this game, it was especially fun to go down to the loan shark get the druid rifle gun thingy, take out a loan off 100 grand and kill the 1000 droids sent after you to pay back the loan. Killing your squiggly wigglies, etc... I especially remember playing this game with "The Garden" by G'n'R playing very very loud, great memories.. I infact still have the game upstairs in a cupboard with both my retired ST's.

I played "Verminator" a lot back in 1989. When I first saw how Verminator looked, I thought how hard it must be to walk around with three legs. I never knew what to do either except just going around and killing enemies. I played this game long enough to make lots of money so I could try out the other weapons that the store sold.

What I really liked about this game was whole organic atmosphere and how the world was divided into different "districts", like the sewer slums or the ritzy apartments and the gambling hall on the top level.

OK, this is an unorthodox way but ... I have a very fond memory of this game, but I never knew really what to do except kill stuff. Please mail me if you know anything ... :)

I bug tested this game (scuse the pun) and I also wrote the novella "Readers of the Lost Bark" that came with it.
