Before Championship Manager there was...Football Director 2. Pretty average with a sort of inbuilt cheat. If you put the win bonus up then your players all improved loads in skill. Do this. Win every game. Get sacked for bankrupting the club by spending all their money on win bonuses, but you'll get offered some good jobs because you've been winning every game. Repeat until you find a club you're happy with.
